How can I check the status of my order?
To track your order please log in to your account, select the 'My Account' tab and then the 'Orders' tab where you find the current status of your order.

Can I cancel my order?
You may contact us with a request to do so and depending on where in the fulfillment process the order is we may be able to cancel the order.

How will I know if you have received my order?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation and should receive a confirmation on screen at the end of the checkout process.

My order arrived but it isn’t the book/quantity I ordered.
If you order is incorrect or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

What are your returns and claims policies?
Some items are returnable within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us for a return authorization.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express and Paypal.

How long does it take to receive an order?
Shipping inside the continental US takes 1-3 business days Express Shipping, 7-14 days Standard Shipping.
Shipping outside the continental US take 3-6 weeks according to location.
