Patrice Aggs is a Michigan-born author and artist who currently lives in the UK. She has written and illustrated dozens of books for children and adults, and loves working on graphic novels best of all. She would have been thrilled to have met Shirley Chisholm. Her mom still has the "Chisholm for President" campaign badge!
