William Ross created the cartoon character "Willie The Wolf" in 1996. He was a member of the Sacred Heart University men's ice hockey team in 1993. William also attended Penn State University ( mechanical engineering technology ) and Bucks County Community College ( desktop publishing ). He lives in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania.
