Description

Ore has taken the Lord of Tarc and his clan. Prince Rei Touka, Regent of Suiran, has taken Tarc. Now the royals of Suiran, Ryokudo, must reset the Law of Tarc without angering those of the clans who have been willing to be peaceful about the Change.
