Description

Sometimes it's hard for kids to tell who is a "real" friend. This encouraging story of a girl named Janie helps young children recognize the difference between having a true friend and school mates who act like a friend, but who also bully.

With the help of her Mom, Janie learns how to be assertive. She realizes that it's good to stand up for who she is and what she likes. She also learns how real friends are supposed to treat you and how to be happy at school again.
