Look, as a 43-year-old guy, I've got to be honest with you: focusing on my mental well-being wasn't exactly a priority growing up. But life throws its curveballs, and I found myself needing to regain balance and address my stress, depression, and anxiety. It was about reclaiming control over my mental health, you know?

For too long, I was the sad clown, pretending to be this happy-go-lucky guy so people wouldn't worry. I acted like everything was fine, like nothing fazed me, no matter what it was. I soldiered on, wearing a smile, pushing everything down just to get through another day. Until one day, I just couldn't do it anymore.
